Designer and instructor Wolfgang Weingart is recognized for his typographic explorations and teaching at the Schule fur Gestaltung Basel, and who, through the work of his students, created a more experimental and expressive approach to typography. The first spread is dedicated to his early life, the second features the start to his experiments, and the third spread holds the citations. The influence came from Wolfgang’s work, he mostly uses black and white, with small hints of color. Using shapes and letters to lead the reader’s eyes throughout the spread.
